Sales Development Representative

Komo is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team of talented and passionate people. As a Komo SDR you will play the crucial role of being the first point of contact with new customers. Your sole role will be to connect with as many leads as possible and determine if they’re good customer fits.

You will be responsible for moving leads through the sales pipeline. You will be required to educate, answer questions, and create and send resources to potential customers. You will connect and learn about the prospects' businesses and needs and if a prospect is a good fit, you will schedule the next steps with an AE.

 Account Executive - Sports & Entertainment

Komo is looking for a talented Account Executive to join our growing team, responsible for all aspects of new customer acquisition and growth including management of the sales process for prospective customers as well as expansion within existing accounts across Asia Pacific in Sport, Sports Advertising and Sponsors as well as entertainment sectors.

The Account Executive will focus on the APAC market, to develop and execute strategies and tactics in the following key areas: territory planning, prospecting, relationship development, running sales cycle, pricing presentation and delivery, negotiations and closing. 

It’s important that you demonstrate leadership qualities, ethical behaviour, excellent work ethic and a focus on collaboration with both internal counterparts as well as customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a business plan to include key target customers
  • Work through an entire sales cycle; prospecting, exploration, negotiation, close
  • Track all customer details (use case, account plans and forecasting) in Hubspot
  • Achieving sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Identify and close quick, small wins whilst also managing longer complex cycles
  • Self-generate new sales and build your own pipeline 
  • Working closely with marketing on ABM programs for your territory

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of successful closing experience 
  • Extensive experience closing both ‘land and expand’ deals
  • Clear understanding of and strong experience with the market we are selling into
  • Background in SaaS/MarTech preferable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to relate and influence decision-makers across Small business, Mid Market and Enterprise, from marketers to senior executives
  • Deep discovery skills - knowing how to ask the questions to get to what does this person want/need?
  • Forecast accuracy
  • Proven capability to manage a large volume of accounts
  • You are coachable, willing to learn new skills, self-motivated, hardworking and proactive
  • You have a strong business acumen
